Welcome to Chair Massage ToGo. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Our Services
Chair Massage ToGo provides professional, on-site chair massage services for workplaces, events, and private bookings in the Greater Toronto Area( GTA) and very soon across Canada.
2. Bookings and Payment
Bookings must be made in advance via our website, email.
Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
Accepted payment methods: e-transfer, Cheque or company invoice (where applicable).
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service: no charge or full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide a safe, clean space for the massage setup.
Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions or restrictions.
Our Chair Massage Practitioners may decline service if there are health risks or safety concerns.
5. Health and Safety
We follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
Chair massage is not a replacement for medical treatment.
Clients with specific medical concerns must consult a healthcare provider before receiving massage
6. Limitation of Liability
Chair Massage ToGo and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of the services, pre-existing conditions, or failure to disclose health issues.
7. Privacy
Your personal information (e.g., name, email) is collected only for booking and communication purposes and will not be shared or sold. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance.
